Digital Stroboscope (LED based)

The Digital Stroboscope is a compact and reliable instrument designed for visual inspection and measurement of the rotational speed of moving or rotating objects. By producing precisely controlled flashes of light, the stroboscope can make a rotating object appear stationary, allowing easy observation of its motion, speed, vibration, alignment and other mechanical characteristics.

The instrument is designed using micro-controller and uses two encoders (fine and coarse) for precise setting of flash rate. The flash rate set is saved in non-volatile memory automatically. It is suitable for applications such as ripple tank apparatus for study of ripples and rpm of fan and other rotating equipment.
