We take utmost care while loading the components on PCB’s. As loaded PCB is the heart of any equipment. We follow proper SOP while loading the components on PCB which are:
a) Components and jumper (if any) preparation
b) Jumper (if any) and resistances are loaded first.
c) All polar components are loaded taking care of polarity.
d) Followed by IC’s, displays, relays, etc

Visual inspection/ microscopic inspection are carried out after soldering to avoid any dry solder or formation of solder bridges. Testing of assembled PCB’s may carried out as per customer’s needs and this generally involves high voltage test and mechanical test.

For any assembled PCB or complete product we devote lot of time in checking all the parameters. This is done by appropriate measuring equipments/meters. We generally make our own testing jigs to check all the parameters of the item under test.
