0-5kV/3mA Digital Power Supply:

Extra High Tension power supplies are needed in the labs where experiments are to be performed on high voltage discharge or vacuum tubes.
To puncture the media present in the form of gas inside a tube and thus allow the current to pass a high voltage power supply is developed by “Electromotive Engineers”. The power supply is very robust and has the capacity to supply high voltage over a long period of time. All static and solid state components make it more reliable.
Cabinet is duo combo of metal and plastic. Three core mains cable ensures foolproof earthing to the metal parts. A separate earthing is also provided on the front panel with the help of 4 mm green safety socket.
Due to high voltage all the safety sockets and plastic knobs are made from fine plastic with high dielectric strength. And to make it more reliable and long lasting electronic overload protection is added on high voltage DC side.
A 3½ digit seven segment LED meter (calibrated with Fluke’s HV probe) gives the measure of output DC.
