PN Junction Diode Characteristic Apparatus

Training board is fitted with in-built dc power supply of 30V and 3V, four square meters, one PN Junction diode for forward characteristics and one zener diode for reverse characteristics. All arrangement is on nicely powder-coated metal panel with their connections brought out on panel with 4 mm color coded banana sockets. This trainer is used to study the VI characteristic of PN Junction diode in forward and reverse biased mode. Cabinet is duo combo of metal and plastic and it is powered by three core lead to provide foolproof earthing to metal parts. Kit includes six patch cords and a working manual.
